Statement by H.E. Dr. Tandi Dorji for the eleventh Petersberg Climate Dialogue
Date: 27 April 2020Since its inception in 2010, the Petersberg Climate Dialogue has provided a forum for informal high-level political discussions, focussing both on the international climate negotiations and the advancement of climate action on the ground. In 2020, the Petersberg Climate Dialogue will, for the first time, take place in a virtual format.
Ahead of the eleventh Petersberg Climate Dialogue, participants were asked to record a statement in response to the question: How can we jointly recover from the impacts of COVID-19 and make our societies and economies more climate-resilient and climate-friendly in the process?
