Maha Al-Marnai

Overview

Maha Al-Marnai is the Finance and Administrative Coordinator supporting the establishment and operationalization of the Permanent Secretariat of the LDC Group on Climate Change.

Professional Experience

She brings over a decade of experience in financial management, administration, and partnership coordination across humanitarian and development contexts. Maha has worked with UN agencies, including UNICEF, and international NGOs such as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), leading financial oversight, strengthening partner capacity, and improving operational processes in complex settings such as Yemen, Djibouti, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.

Education

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from OUM University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sana’a University.
