
Ms. Freitas has been a technical advisor to the LDC Group since 2011. An economist and graduate in environmental diplomacy from the University of Geneva, she is an international consultant on climate change and gender, supporting developing country governments and regional organizations in international climate change diplomacy and the preparation of key frameworks on climate change.
